| I don't think I've ever left a review before, but I really do want to put the time aside to write one for this business. I just want to say a big thank you to Steve for doing such a brilliant job of putting in my new lock. He was really professional and gave me honest advice about which lock was the best option for me. I was really impressed with the great finish which was also very reasonably priced. If I ever needed a locksmith again I would definatley use this one.  | Hi Rob, I never normally go out of my way to post reviews on things, but I could not believe the service you provided me with so I am making a point of coming back online and mentioning it! I had the owner of be secure locksmiths come out to let me in my home at 2am, he arrived in 25 minutes and it literally took him 2 minutes to let me in my home! There was no damage to my lock and all my existing keys work fine! I was charged a very small amount of money considering the time I called and how fast he was able to get to me! Your customer service is an inspiration. Made me feel very safe and in good hands. Very polite and very clean worker. 10/10 will be recommending you to friends and family and will be more than happy to use you again in the future (but hopefully will not need to) Thanks again buddy All the best Phil!
